Specialties: When it comes to Yoga my specialties would be body/ breath awareness, mindfulness and gratitude. These three things make up the structure of all my Yoga classes and I believe that your life can dramatically change just by introducing even one of these three things. When you learn about yourself from the inside out you can start to
change the way you train and the way you live your everyday life.
Favourite Exercise: All kinds of burpees!

Biggest goal you have achieved: Fixing my health. I had thyroid problems for years and my biggest goal was to get off the medicine and live a healthy life. I feel like I haveachieved this now and it feels amazing!
Who or what inspired you to do what you are doing now? My health challenges defiantly inspired me to make changes in my life. Yoga has helped me to listen to my body and minimise stress. The idea of living your dreams has always been something I believe in and focus on daily.
What advice would you tell your younger self? Stay true to who you are and don’t let others dictate how you should live your life. Eat better it will effect your health in the long run!
What is your favourite part about Active Escapes?The people you meet are incredible. Like minded, active people just have this energy and positivity about them that makes the week so much fun.
Your favourite Active Escapes location? Probably the hardest question. All of them!
What are your travel tips? Try and move while you can, you will be stuck on the plane for how ever many hours so walking around the airport before your flight is a good way to relax more on the plane.
